Club Fees
Secure your spot on the team with a simple, clear registration process and flexible payment options. MCSFC strives to make competitive soccer accessible with transparent fees, financial aid, and support for all families.
Registration
After tryouts conclude, player invitations will be sent via email with a link to register for the upcoming season. To secure a roster spot, players selected to a team should confirm acceptance within 24 hours of receiving the invitation by registering with the club and paying the required $500 deposit. All new players will need a headshot photo and a copy of his/her birth certificate or passport during registration.

Fall Fees
A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required for the Fall Season registration, and to confirm your child’s place on a team roster. Unless receiving financial aid or selecting a payment plan, the full registration fee is due before the season begins. Financial Aid is available to qualified families. See below.
Total Fall season fees cover player and team registration with Norcal, professional coaching during training sessions (2 days/week, add $100 to season fees for teams training 3 days/week) and games, field rentals, referee fees, Insurance, and club operational, administrative expenses and State Cup Fees for teams participating in the State Cup. Upon acceptance, a payment plan can be set up.
Note: Additional expenses for competitive team players include: uniforms, hotels, and travel expenses.
Payment Schedule
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of accepting a team invitation.
- Full balance of registration fees is due before season begins (unless on a payment plan or financial aid).
- Late payments or defaulting on a payment plan installment may result in player suspension from the team.
- No refunds will be issued after accepting a team invitation.
Unpaid fees
Players with unpaid fees will not be able to register in following years until all unpaid fee balances are paid in full.
Note: Information regarding families with unpaid fees may be shared with other Marin clubs.

Financial Aid
Financial aid is available to qualified families. If you are in need of financial aid, please contact us for more information prior to tryouts. While we cannot guarantee assistance to everyone, we make every effort to consider all applications and accommodate all families that apply. All information you provide is strictly confidential.
Refund Policy
The $500 deposit collected at registration, is non-refundable. There will be NO REFUNDS after accepting a team invitation. Players may also select the registration fee insurance option during registration to protect against unexpected events (not required to register).
