
Marco Campos – Director of Coaching
For over 25 years, Marco has been coaching boys and girls soccer throughout the Bay Area. Marco has founded and coached in various Men’s, Women’s and Youth Soccer programs. He’s also coached at Bishop O’Dowd High School, Kids Love Soccer East/SouthBay and Napa, Danville Mustang SC, Albany Berkeley SC, Mill Valley SC, Marin FC, and continues to coach with Dave Fromer Soccer. Marco inspires youth to be the best version of themselves and promotes a healthy, confident and caring lifestyle through the beautiful game of soccer!

Mesgna Neghasi – Coach
Mesgna is a passionate soccer coach with extensive playing experience. He brings high energy and a positive approach to coaching youth by creates a developmentally challenging environment that motivates players to be their best. Through his phenomenal track and field achievements Mesgna has helped youth improve speed and agility, develop quick footwork and impressive ball mastery. Mesgna’s playing experience includes top teams at Marin FC, De Anza FC Academy U12 – U17. Was captain of the Tamalpais High School undefeated State Championship team, 2016-2017 with MVP honors.
Certifications and Education:
- Began teaching youth soccer in Mill Valley, Marin in 2014.
- Coached countless players of all levels through camps and private trainings.
- Assisted in coaching the Tamalpais High School Varsity boys team in 2021.
- Taught soccer at Two River Soccer Camps, Dave Fromer Soccer and Two Brothers Soccer.

Mark Crawford – Coach
Mark Crawford has been coaching soccer since 2010 upon his return from serving oversees in Afghanistan. Although his playing career was brief, playing at McPherson College for one year, he saw how the beautiful game of soccer brought peace during a time of war and vowed to help develop the game and young players further when he returned to the states. He began coaching his stepson’s U5 team and went on to coach at the High School level in 2015 for 4 years before moving on to Siskiyous college to coach the men’s and women’s teams. Mark also coached club soccer in San Carlos before moving on to the SF Vikings Football Club. Mark’s good nature and understanding of youngsters along with his extensive coaching experience allows him to coach various age groups effectively. His coaching style and philosophy is aligned with our club values and he enjoys coaching kids and meeting parents.

- Mark has a USSF C coaching license
- NSCAA level 1 Goalkeeper license

Marvin Reales – Assistant Coach
Marvin is an inspiring, motivated, positive and player-centric coach that relates to kids of all ages. He is a bilingual alumni of Archie William’s High School who graduated with honors and and played on both the Junior Varsity and Varsity soccer teams. He works hard in every aspect and finds time to help kids reach their goals on and off the soccer field. Marvin is nurturing and a great role model for kids.

Ibrahim Mane – Assistant Coach
Ibrahim has an impressive career as a player and is an inspiration to the young players he coaches. He has experience coaching at Corte Madera FC, Dave Fromer Soccer and several other Bay Area youth soccer programs. We welcome his calm and nurturing approach to shape our youth into confident and resilient individuals driven to reach their goals on and off the soccer field.

Felix Massillon – Coach
Felix is a seasoned coach with 8 years of High School coaching experience at Drew School and University High School in San Francisco where he currently coaches the Junior Varsity team. He also has 4 years coaching club soccer at AC Mavericks in the East Bay.
Certifications and Education:
- Felix holds a USSF D coaching license and other coaching and training certifications.

Danny Mendoza – Coach
Danny spent 2005 through 2008 coaching and training youth soccer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His U.S. soccer coaching experience includes eight years as a women’s college coach, eight years as high school coach, and more than a decade of experience as a coach/trainer at the Division 1 youth club level. He coached various boys and girls teams at AC Mavericks for over 10 years.
Danny’s playing experience includes varsity soccer at Chico State University as well as becoming a professional player.
Danny “has the passion for the development of players and teams, by creating a caring, positive, and respectful environment.”

- Danny holds an E/D coaching license as well as numerous other coaching and training certifications.
