Club Fees

Registration

After tryouts conclude, player invitation will be sent via email with a link to register for the upcoming season. Players selected to a team roster should confirm acceptance within 48 hours of receiving the invitation by registering with the club.  All new players will need a headshot photo and a copy of his/her birth certificate or passport during registration.

Fall Team Fees

A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required for the Fall Season registration, and to confirm your child’s place on a team roster. Unless a payment plan has been selected, the full registration fee is due before the season begins. Financial Aid is available to qualified families.  See below.

Club registration fees cover player and team league registration, professional coaching during training sessions and games, field rentals, referee fees, Insurance, and club operational and administrative expenses. Upon acceptance, a payment plan can be set up.  

Note: Additional expenses for competitive team players include: uniforms, hotels, and travel expenses.

Payment Schedule

– A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of accepting a team invitation
– Full balance of registration fees is due before season begins (unless on a payment plan or financial aid).
– Late payments or defaulting on a payment plan installment may result in player suspension from the team.
– No refunds will be issued after accepting a team invitation.

Unpaid fees

Players with unpaid fees will not be able to register in following years until all unpaid fee balances are paid in full.

Note: Information regarding families with unpaid fees may be shared with other Marin clubs.

Refund Policy

The $500 deposit collected at registration, is non-refundable. There will be NO REFUNDS after accepting a team invitation. Players may also select the RegSaver registration fee insurance option during registration to protect against unexpected events (RegSaver is not required to register).
